Q. Is Vana'diel Profiles free to join?

A. Yes. Vana'diel Profiles is 100% free. We require no membership fee and ask for no donations.

Q. Why can't I log in?

A. If you have just recently registered with Vana'diel Profiles, you must activate your registration via the e-mail you gave when you registered. If the e-mail does not show up within 24 hours, or you cannot log in for another reason, please contact us at support@vanadielprofiles.com

Q. The website is not displaying properly.  What do I do?

A. There are many different browsers to view the internet with today, all of which accept code differently.  Some work much better than others.  For most optimal viewing experience, use Firefox.

Q. How many blogs can I post?

A. You may post as many blogs as you wish.  However they must adhere to the Vana'diel Profiles ToS agreement.

Q. How do you upload pictures?

A. You may post up to 200 pictures at present or until your size quota has been filled.  Pictues must adhere to the Vana'diel Profiles ToS agreement.

Q. Can I customize my profile?

A. You may customize your profile through your profile's front and backend features.  See the Customizing Your Profile FaQ to learn more.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of groups i can join/create?

A. There is no limit.  Create and join as many as you like.

Q. Can I post links to Vana'diel Profiles on my own personal website?

A. Yes you may, but only if the website is not objectionable to the Vana'diel Profiles ToS or Square Enix's ToS Agreement.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from the Vana'diel Profiles newletter?

A. In the newsletter itself, at the bottom, there will be a link to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters.

Q. Is Vana'diel Profiles work friendly?

A. Very much so.  Vana'diel Profiles is strictly monitered for offensive content that could prove harmful.  All violations of the Vana'diel Profiles ToS are removed as quickly as possible.

Q. A link on Vana'diel Profiles does not work. What do I do?

A. Contact us at support@vanadielprofiles.com and we will resolve the issue.
